HOW TO SPA

Cancellation Policy

Each appointment is held with a credit card or gift card. Please allow at least 24 hours cancellation notice for individual appointments and 72 hours notice for group and holiday appointments to avoid charges. If cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled treatments.

Booking an Appointment

At time of booking please let our reception know if you would like to use our outdoor hot tub before your massage and/or if you have a preferred therapist. When booking an appointment a credit card or gift certificate will be used to hold the appointment. Please see cancellation policy for more information.

Use of Outdoor Hot Tub

Hot tub use is a complimentary service with a massage treatment that is booked privately and must be scheduled as an appointment prior to your treatment. Please let reception know at the time of booking if you would like to use our outdoor hot tub. Hot tub use is subject to availability and may change upon weather restrictions. Hot tub usage cannot be redeemed as cash or traded for any other service. When using the outdoor hot tub before your massage please be aware that all you need to bring is a bathing suit. The spa will supply towels, robes, sandals etc.

Etiquette & Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival will limit the time of your service. We maintain a peaceful, quiet environment and ask that you silence your cell phones upon entering our spa and speak with quiet voices throughout the duration of your visit.

Gift Card Redemption

If you are using a gift card as payment please bring the certificate in with you at the time of your appointment. Our gift certificates are non-refundable. Packages that have expired will be subbed out at a monetary value and gift certificates with an expired pricing structure will require the user to pay the remaining difference. Our gift certificates can be used for different services, as a monetary value or may be used towards products in our boutique. A gift certificate may also be used to hold an appointment.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned for cash, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Unauthorized resale, modification or trade of gift card is prohibited.
  • Purchase, use or acceptance of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts

 

Return/ Exchange Policy

Products that have not been opened or used may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase for a full refund. If a product has been opened in any way, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Dermalogica skin care products can be returned opened within the two-week period and a full refund will be issued. Green Air Essential Oil Diffuser returns must be handled directly through Green Air.
