Membership FAQs

How does my membership work?

When you join, your monthly Membership dues are charged to the card of your choice. You can sign up online or during your appointment.

  • Each month, your membership payment is added to your personal spa bank, and all funds are yours to use on treatments and products at Essential Therapies Med + Day Spa.
  • A three-month commitment is required. After that, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Can I let someone else use it?

Memberships are designed for personal use. However, if you’re unable to use your monthly Membership service or wish to share your membership discount, you may share it with members of your household only.

Please note: we reserve the right to confirm the same household address via ID.

How do I pay?

For a seamless experience, we set up automatic credit card billing on the same day each month.

Do I have to sign a contract?

A contract is not required beyond your initial three-month commitment. After that, you may cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice sent to:relax@essentialtherapies.com

Memberships may also be frozen—perfect for travel or seasonal residents.
